The needed moves, in a system where education has always
been constricted around the same old walls: only for a few. Only for the lucky ones. That is an old, dusty room. We’re here to open the windows and jump outside.

Not everyone out there can make it. Not if the color of your skin becomes a barrier, or the way your brain works and body, the age you’ve reached, the language you speak, the country you live in, the trauma you need to heal, the gender you identify with, the money you have in your pocket. We bring the ideas, the methodology, the knowledge, the innovation, and the research skills to make people reach their highest potential.

We believe that knowledge matters

There’s nothing like being able to choose for yourself or making the right decisions for your loved ones because you had the chance to access the pieces of information and perspective you truly needed, exactly when you needed them. We are here for this. We are here to give you all the fundamental resources to reach your goals and be the best version of yourself, no matter what stage of life you’re in or what challenges you’re facing.

We believe that learning is a lifelong process.

We think that learning is for kids, their moms, their grandpa’s and everyone in between. Ideally, we never stop learning, even if our hair turns gray. We keep learning because we are human and because everything in life can be a lesson and a great opportunity to change our minds and our environment, to grow, transform ourselves and the people around us or reach our highest potential.

We believe anyone should be able to learn.

Everyone on this planet has the right to learn and grow, starting from where they are. We are here to create the right opportunities for any child or adult in any community to reach their learning goals equally, regardless of the language they speak, the brain or body they have, the gender they belong to, the place they live or the resources they already have.

We believe that barriers to learning come from privilege.

While we have the technical expertise to provide the best teaching and learning conditions worldwide, privilege and discrimination still block access for many. We strive to challenge this default and fight against any form of discrimination, racism, and social injustice that prevents people from accessing the knowledge, tools, and information they need.

We believe that systemic problems need systemic solutions.

Social challenges often come from systemic problems, and a systemic approach can often lead to effective solutions available to everyone. We don’t shy complexities, and we work interdisciplinary to never lose sight of the bigger picture. We value open leadership, and we continuously invest in transparency, empathy, integrity, collaboration, and healthy teamwork.
