7/22/26 PALABOK

Join us Wednesday,  July 22nd, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 pm for a cooking class with Richelle Antipolo. Palabok is a vermicelli noodle dish flavored with a bright orange shrimp sauce. It is then accompanied with shrimp, egg, pork, and other accoutrements to elevate this already flavorful dish.  

Classes typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.    

You will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water, and we do sell soft drinks and mineral waters in the store. You are also welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.     

More about the Chef: 

Richelle Antipolo has worked and assisted at several of our cooking classes at Eggshells over the years. Richelle specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine, and loves introducing her classes to the dynamic and colorful flavors of the continent. Richelle was born in the Philippines, lived in South Korea for a few years mastering their flavors and is the daughter of the first and longest practicing sushi chef in Arkansas. Currently, she does private catering and classes here in Central Arkansas.
