This forged SS316 stainless steel gate valve is designed for industrial service and Class 800 pressure applications. It features a rising stem with Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) configuration, providing visible indication of valve position. The valve body and trim are manufactured from forged 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The valve includes NPT threaded end connections in accordance with ANSI B1.20.1 for standard installation. It is built to API 602 design requirements with ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions. This is a reduced port gate valve. Pressure rating is up to 1975 PSI, with an operating temperature range of -20°F to 797°F. Available sizes range from 1/2" to 3". Suitable for industrial, marine, and steam service where stainless steel construction is required.
