By hand, the reject gauge pin can be screwed into the cut thread up to a maximum of two turns without excessive force. If it can be screwed in further, the thread does not meet the desired standards (rejected). A reference temperature of 20°C applies to the workpieces and gauges. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate (price on request). Calibration is performed in an independent testing laboratory following the specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) for the respective test item, using IAC thread scanners.
- Hand Test for Gewinde Quality: The Ausschusslehrdorn can be screwed into the cut Gewinde by hand, up to two turns without excessive force
- Gewinde Quality Indicator: If the Lehrdorn can be screwed in further, the Gewinde does not meet the desired standards (Ausschuss)
- Reference Temperature: The Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at a reference temperature of 20°C
- Werkskalibrierschein on Request: VÖLKEL, as the manufacturer, can provide a Werkskalibrierschein upon request (price available on inquiry)
- Independent Calibration: The calibration is performed in a lab independent of VÖLKEL's production, following the specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI) for the respective Prüfling
- Calibration Method: The calibration is carried out on IAC-Gewindescannern
