- AMO LENGTH vs ACTUAL LENGTH – To help guarantee you select the correct string for your bow, keep in mind that AMO length refers to the bow’s overall length and the strings actual length is approx. four inches shorter than overall bow length.
- SELECTING STRAND COUNT – We recommend choosing a specific strand count depending on the draw weight of your bow. The heavier the poundage bow, the more strands required to prevent stretch and maintain the string length over time.
