La Volátil is a character by Agustina Guerrero, a graphic designer and illustrator born in a small town in Argentina, Chacabuco. Agustina has been living in Barcelona, Spain, for more than thirteen years. For a while she worked as a graphic designer, until she decided to dedicate herself to illustration. In 2011 she opened her autobiographical blog Diario de una Volátil, which reached thousands of followers in a few months and was an immediate success in social networks. La Volátil, a thirty-something in a striped T-shirt who sees the world very much in her own way, is a reflection of herself and has become a very powerful figure on social media. With so much humor and naivety she has become an icon for many young women. Instagram and Facebook made her grow as a professional artist and she already has 5 books published.
